Who are we?
The Collective™ is a concept, that of a passionate group of students founded based on a common desire,  to create a shop centered around fashion and art, in order to offer you exceptional everyday products which offers a unique feeling.

What are the shipping times?
We strive to maximize customer satisfaction and process your order in less than 3-4 business days.

My package has not arrived yet, is this normal?
Delivery takes around 10 to 15 days. If however your item has not arrived at your home after 20 days, do not hesitate to contact us. We will then report your order and will make a refund if necessary.

What precautions should I take in regards to delivery?
Upon receipt of your order, it is important to check that your package has not been damaged during transport and that the equipment is in perfect condition (and if necessary, note the damage detailed on the delivery to the carrier).

This verification must be done at the time of delivery and in the presence of the driver. We recommend that you keep the packaging, this can be useful in case of return of the product, and is essential if you wish to get a refund.

I want to cancel my order, is it possible?
After placing an order, you have 24 hours to contact us by email for cancellation. We will then take care of canceling your order and will proceed the total refund of the sum. In case your order has already been shipped, we can not do anything until you receive your order, after which we can proceed to a refund if necessary.

What are the means of payment?
We accept all credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal.

Is your site secure?
Yes, our site is secure. We are very aware about security and confidentiality during transactions. Therefore our site is in "https", a security protocol that uses encryption technology for your credit cards. We have no access to your confidential data which is encrypted.
